ABOUT NAIANNA
Naianna is a mom of two, neuroscientist, and teacher of meditation and mindfulness. As a researcher and educator, she is passionate about redefining well-being through the lens of neuroscience, driven by the belief that we can rewire our brains to unlock greater focus, resilience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage stress and anxiety.
Through engaging talks and hands-on workshops, Naianna shares practical insights on topics such as stress management, resilience, neurodevelopment and mindful living. She combines cutting-edge neuroscience with mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork to create transformative techniques that support the brain's natural growth and well-being. With a compassionate and encouraging approach, she empowers individuals to live healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling lives.
Naianna holds a Bachelors in Psychology, a Masters in Neuroscience and is a PhDc in Neuroanatomy and Neuroimaging from King's College London. She is also a certified Meditation and Mindfulness instructor.
